Securing Windows Vista™


Windows Vista™, a new operating system from Microsoft, is set to be released to consumers in January 2007. The new operating system will differ from its ancestors (Windows XP and Windows 2000) in a number of significant ways. To accommodate these differences, BitDefender has released Vista-compatible variants of the BitDefender consumer/desktop products, now at version 10.

Switch-over information
The switch-over to the Vista-compatible version is free for all BitDefender users, trial users or subscribers. These are the steps you need to complete:
  1. Download the installation kit:
  2. Install the product.
  3. If you have a license key use it to register the product.
